Acceptable Use Policy.

1. No illegal activity

• Don't use Grospan to commit, facilitate or promote any unlawful act.
• Don't infringe intellectual-property, privacy or personality rights of others.
• Don't violate export controls or sanctions.

2. No harm to people

• No content that sexually exploits minors. We report and cooperate with authorities, no exceptions.
• No targeted harassment, hateful conduct, or incitement to violence against individuals or groups.
• No instructions for creating weapons capable of mass harm (biological, chemical, nuclear, radiological).
• No targeted manipulation campaigns or non-consensual deepfakes of real people.

3. No harm to systems

• No scraping, crawling or unauthorised data extraction beyond documented APIs.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, authentication or access controls.
• No malware, ransomware, phishing kits or credential-stuffing tooling.
• No load-testing or stress-testing without prior written agreement.

4. Honest representation

• Don't impersonate Grospan, our staff, or other users.
• Don't misrepresent generated outputs as human-authored where that would mislead readers in regulated contexts (medical, legal, financial advice).
• Clearly label AI-assisted content where the law or the platform requires it.

5. Privacy of others

• Don't upload personal data you don't have a lawful basis to process.
• Don't attempt to re-identify individuals from anonymised datasets.

6. Reporting abuse

To report a violation, write to [email protected]. Include URLs, account names if known, and any evidence. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access. Where there is an imminent risk to people or systems we may act immediately and notify afterwards.
