Grospan is an independent engineering practice based in Warsaw. We work with teams who want a long relationship with the software they put into the world.
Our approach.
We are deliberately small. One client at a time means we can give the work the attention it deserves and avoid the operational overhead that turns most software shops into account-management firms.
We charge for outcomes, write down our assumptions, and end engagements when the system runs itself. We are happy to recommend other studios when we are the wrong fit.
Most of our clients are based in Poland, the Benelux and the wider EU. We work in English, French and Polish.
Few clients, deep work
We turn down work that we can't give our full attention to. It's the only way the work stays good.
We say no, often
We will tell you when a feature is a bad idea, when AI isn't the right tool, and when a competitor would serve you better.

We aim for systems your team forgets about for the right reasons — because they keep working.

We have grown by one or two people a year. The roadmap is always shorter than the studios around us — and the codebases live longer.

Founded as a two-person practice in Warsaw, with one anchor client in logistics.

Grospan 1
Our first internal platform — built for our own engagements before we ever sold it.

Opened to outside teams
After two years of internal use, we made the platform available to a small group of partner clients.

Grospan 4 GA
Fourth-generation platform open to new accounts in the EU — with deeper reasoning and predictable cost.
