Refund Policy.
We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how long it takes.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund of unspent credits within 14 calendar days of the original purchase, no questions asked. Bonus credits granted on top of your purchase are also unwound.
2. After 14 days
- Unspent credits older than 14 days are non-refundable but remain valid for 24 months.
- If we materially break the service or fail to deliver something we charged you for, you're entitled to a refund regardless of the 14-day window. Reach out and we'll make it right.
3. What is "spent"
A credit is spent the moment it is consumed by a product call inside the dashboard. Spent credits are non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with:
- The invoice number or order date.
- The amount or number of credits you'd like refunded.
- A short reason (optional but appreciated — it helps us improve).
5. Processing time
We confirm the refund within 2 business days and send it back to the original payment method. Bank transfers typically settle within 3–5 business days; card refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Statutory rights (EU consumers)
Nothing in this policy limits the statutory withdrawal right granted to EU consumers under Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting to use credits within the 14-day period you may waive that right, but our voluntary 14-day guarantee still applies to unspent credits.
