We staff engagements with one focused team. No 30% allocations across four clients.

Calm by default

On-call exists, but is rare. Healthy weeks are non-negotiable.

Writing matters

Most decisions are made in short documents. We expect everyone to write them well.

Postgres, TypeScript, Python. We adopt new tools slowly and only when they earn it.

Hiring

A short, honest process.

  1. 01

    Intro call

    30 minutes with a project lead. We talk about the kind of work you want to do.

  2. 02

    Take-home

    A small, paid task — usually 4–6 hours — based on the kind of problems we actually solve.

  3. 03

    Pairing

    Two hours pairing with the team you'd join. We work on something real.

  4. 04

    Offer

    We make a written offer and answer everything before you decide.

We pay for the take-home and we never ask for unpaid sample work beyond it.

You will work on one engagement at a time, deeply, instead of context-switching across five.

Honest hours

We don't perform busyness. The expectation is sustainable weeks and finished work.

Real ownership

Equity-style profit-sharing on the engagements you lead, in addition to a competitive salary.

Learning budget

€2,000 per year for books, courses, conferences — your choice, no approvals.

Six weeks off

Five weeks of holiday plus one studio-wide closure week between Christmas and New Year.

EU-friendly

Remote-first across the EU. Quarterly studio gatherings in Warsaw.
