Terms of Service.
These Terms are the contract between you and Grospan Sp. z o.o. when you create an account, buy credits, or use the Grospan platform. By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service
Grospan provides a credit-based access platform to our reasoning, research and automation products. Features, limits and pricing may evolve; we'll communicate material changes in advance.
2. Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must give us accurate billing details and keep them current.
3. Credits and billing
- Credits are prepaid in EUR at €0.10 per credit. Bonuses apply automatically per the pricing page.
- Prices in other currencies are converted from EUR at the live mid-market rate at checkout.
- Credits expire 24 months from purchase if unused.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Grospan in ways that would violate law, infringe rights, or threaten our infrastructure. See the full Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Intellectual property
- Grospan owns the platform, brand and documentation.
- You own the inputs you provide and the outputs you receive, subject to third-party rights.
- You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs for the purpose of delivering the service.
6. Confidentiality
We treat the content you submit as confidential. We don't use it to train shared models. Access is restricted and logged.
7. Availability and warranties
We target high availability but the service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
Except for damages we cannot lawfully exclude (e.g. wilful misconduct), our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate the service if you breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes go to the courts competent for the seat of Grospan Sp. z o.o., unless mandatory consumer law gives you a different forum.
